SECTION 120:10-11-3.1. Membership of the Board of Review

- (a) The Historical Preservation and Landmark Board of Review shall be appointed by the Chairman of the Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission, with the consent and approval of the Zoning Commission. Such Board shall be composed as follows:(1) One member shall be a registered architect;(2) One member shall be a licensed real estate broker;(3) One member shall be a historian;(4) One member shall be a city planner or landscape architect;(5) One member shall be an attorney;(6) One member shall be the Chairman of the Historical Preservation and Landmark Commission of the City of Oklahoma City or his designee;(7) One member of the Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission shall serve as ex-officio member of the Board.(8) Two members shall be residents or own property in a designated historic preservation district or neighborhood listed on the U.S. Department of Interior's National Register of Historic Places located within the boundaries of the Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning District.(b) All members shall serve without compensation. The terms of Board members shall be for three (3) years or until a successor takes office. Members may be appointed to fill the remainder of vacant terms.
