SECTION 120:10-15-10. Prohibited Signage

- (a) Outdoors advertising signs, pole-mounted signs, and roof signs are permitted only in the I-2, Light Industrial District.(b) Billboards are prohibited in the Capitol - Medical Center Improvement and Zoning District.(c) Portable signs are prohibited in all zoning districts.(d) Other than official traffic signs and lighted pedestrian warning signs, flashing and blinking signs are prohibited.(e) No unauthorized sign shall be attached to any utility pole, light standard, bus shelter or kiosk, street tree or any other public facility located in the public right-of-way.(f) Any billboard existing at the time of the approval of this regulation is considered a legal nonconforming use.
