SECTION 120:10-15-6. Illumination

- (a) To properly integrate signage into the existing environment and to effectively create enhancement after dark and not a daytime effect, all illuminated signs will be illuminated from a concealed source, preferably a ground-mounted source.(b) Illuminated signs shall be designed so as not to interfere with the operation of traffic lights or other traffic control devices, and shall not create objectionable glare in any residential district or public building or area.(c) All internally illuminated signs shall be approved by the Commission prior to construction and/or installation.
