SECTION 120:10-7-14. Remote or overflow parking facilities

- The following requirements apply only to remote or overflow parking facilities constructed for use by the agencies located in the Oklahoma State Capitol Complex or the Oklahoma Health Center:(1) All off-street parking facilities shall be designed and constructed in compliance with this Subchapter.(2) All off-street parking facilities shall be landscaped in compliance with Subchapter 17.(3) The number of spaces required shall be based on the need to provide off-street facility parking for employees, patients, visitors, vendors, and others visiting the facilities.(4) Remote or overflow parking facilities shall be located within the boundaries of the major campuses, whenever possible.
