The Office of Planning and Coordination for Services to Children and Youth was established by 10 O.S. § 601.6 (a) to coordinate the planning of services for Oklahoma's children, support the development of Community Partnership Boards, and produce such reports and documentation as directed by statute and the identified needs of children, youth, and families in the State of Oklahoma.
