SECTION 140:1-3-10. Forms and instructions

Latest version.

(a) The Board shall cause to be created appropriate forms and instructions related to chiropractic licensure, renewal, continuing education requirements, and such other matters as deemed necessary by the Board.
(b) Forms and instructions of the Board shall be maintained at the offices of the Board and shall be available to any person upon request.
