SECTION 140:10-5-5. Renewal license for inactive non-resident licensees

- (a) Any licensee who is a nonresident of this state and is not actively engaged in the practice of chiropractic in this state may pay to the Board a reduced renewal license fee of One Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($175.00). Such a licensee need not satisfy the other requirements of 140:10-1 and subsection A of Section 161.11 of the Act.(b) A licensee seeking a renewal license under the provisions of this Section shall attach to the renewal form a statement on a form created and approved by the Board containing:(1) an affidavit by the inactive licensee of this state:(A) that the applicant is not actively engaged in the practice of chiropractic in this state; and(B) that the applicant will not engage in the practice of chiropractic in this state during the succeeding calendar year; and(2) certification that said licensee has satisfied the licensee renewal requirements in the state, country, territory or providence in which the licensee is currently engaged in the practice of chiropractic.
