SECTION 140:3-3-7. Publication of penalties imposed against licensees

From time to time, but at least annually, the Board shall cause to be published a report of all penalties imposed against licensees. Such a report may be in summary form but shall contain sufficient detail to inform a reader, not otherwise familiar with a complaint, of the violation committed by a licensee and the penalty imposed against said licensee by order of the Board. Copies of such reports shall be maintained at the office of the Board and shall be available for public inspection, copying and/or mechanical reproduction during regular business hours.
