SECTION 150:1-1-2. Director

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall be governed and managed by a Director who is appointed by the Governor and who shall be qualified pursuant to law as required by 74 O.S., Sections 5002.3(J), 5003.5 and 5003.6.
