SECTION 150:1-11-12. Hearing examiner reports

(a) The hearing examiner shall prepare a report setting forth findings of fact and conclusions of law in an expeditious manner following the close of the hearing.
(b) The report shall be mailed to each party and their representatives. The date the report is mailed is the date of its issuance and shall be stated on the order. If the hearing examiner requests it and receives proposed orders, then the final order shall also include a ruling on each proposed finding proffered in the proposed orders.
