SECTION 150:1-11-5. Pre-hearing conference order

  •   Date of hearing on the merits shall be determined at the prehearing conference but may be changed for good cause shown by any party or by the hearing examiner. The pre-hearing conference order shall set forth the date and all agreements reached by the parties. The order shall also set forth:
    (1)   A statement of the time, place, and nature of the hearing;
    (2)   A statement of the legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held;
    (3)   Specific reference to statutes or rules which may be involved;
    (4)   A short and plain statement of the issues asserted in as much detail as possible at the time of the notices; and
    (5)   A statement that any interested party may appear and be represented by an attorney, who shall be paid at their expense.
