SECTION 150:1-15-1. Interpretation

All show cause hearings shall be governed by this subchapter and the Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act, 75 O.S., Section 301 et seq. as amended. The rules of this subchapter shall be given the most reasonable meaning, taken in its total context and will be construed to secure due process in the proper resolution of every controversy. It may not be construed to limit the legal rights or obligations of any party.
