SECTION 150:1-15-13. Rehearings

Upon receipt of an application for rehearing, the Executive Director or his designee may remand the proceeding to the original hearing examiner or to a newly appointed hearing officer at his discretion for further evidence or argument; the Director may reject the application; or the Director may grant the application in part or in its entirety.
