SECTION 150:1-15-7. Disqualification of hearing examiner

(a)   In the event that a hearing examiner must disqualify, the Executive Director shall appoint an alternate hearing examiner.
(b)   Any party may request disqualification of the hearing examiner by filing an affidavit with the Executive Director, stating the specific grounds upon which the request is made.
(c)   The Executive Director shall promptly make a determination either granting or denying the request. Denial of the request is not an appealable order.
