SECTION 150:1-17-3. Consideration of petitions

Petitions concerning rules will be considered by the Director and a written determination to petitioner shall be delivered within sixty (60) days; provided, if the Director in his discretion decides to conduct rulemaking hearings, the Director may select any Department employee to conduct such hearings.
