SECTION 150:1-19-2. Criteria for approval

(a) Requests to travel under actual and necessary reimbursement shall be reviewed to determine if the travel is to further the Agency's priorities, Objectives and Strategies for national and international recruitment or export assistance.
(b) Requests to travel under actual and necessary reimbursement which do not meet the requirements set forth in this section shall be denied.
