SECTION 150:1-21-1. Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to establish the policy and procedures for the audit of state and federal funds administered by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. A contractor that receives federal funds from sources other than the Department may face a stricter audit requirement, overall, than the Department's requirement. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be aware of any such requirements by other funding agencies.
