SECTION 150:1-3-1. Powers and duties; mission

(a) The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall have, exercise and perform those powers and duties necessary to implement and accomplish the statutorily stated mission and purpose of the Department. [74:5003.6]
(b) The mission of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall be to support firms', farms' and local communities' growth, diversification, expansion and ability to compete in export markets in order to create new and better jobs for Oklahomans throughout the state. [74:5003.3]
