SECTION 150:1-3-7. Organization; annual business plan

The Department shall have the power to organize and divide into such offices, divisions, sections, bureaus, services and positions as required by the duties imposed upon it by statute and/or by the Annual Business Plan of the Director of the Department of Commerce. The Annual Business Plan may be revised as necessary to reflect changes in title, job responsibilities and salary.
