SECTION 150:1-7-8. Required reports

(a) Upon development of performance criteria, the Department shall prepare an annual performance review which shall be submitted to the Legislature to assist the appropriation process on or before February 1 of each year. [74:5003.9]
(b) Additionally, the Department shall make budget reports as required by law regarding quarterly expenditures. Such reports shall be directed to the Governor and the Legislature. [S.B. 61 of the first session of the 41st Legislature and 74:500.2, 500.18]
