SECTION 150:1-9-2. Inspections

(a) Any person may inspect any record that is not deemed confidential by law at the offices of the Department of Commerce during regular business hours.
(b) The person requesting inspection of any record shall complete a Request for Inspection/Copies form detailing the record(s). The person making the request shall include on the form the name, address, and telephone number and a specific description of the record to be inspected.
