SECTION 150:1-9-6. Receipt of requests

The Director shall designate a public information officer as the individual authorized to receive Request for Inspection/Copies forms and to forward the request to the custodian of the specific record for response thereto. In the absence of the designated public information officer, the designees of said officer shall act in his absence.
