SECTION 150:1-9-8. Private copier

  In the event essential business of the Department prevents copying activities impossible or impracticable within ten (10) days of the written receipt of the request, Department personnel may provide materials to be copied by a private copier at the expense of the person or entity requesting the copies after arrangements have been made by the applicant with the private copier.
