SECTION 150:10-1-3. Application

(a)   Application form. An industrial park developer shall obtain an application form from the Business Development Division of the Department of Commerce, or a successor or assignee.
(b)   Endorsements.
(1)   Upon completion of the application form, the developer shall present it to any two (2) of the following governmental or economic development organizations:
(A)   Local chambers of commerce,
(B)   Regional economic associations,
(C)   Sub-state planning districts,
(D)   Board of County Commissioners,
(E)   Industrial trusts, or
(F)   Municipal governing body
(2)   Endorsement of the park site by two (2) entities willing to sponsor the park must be included with the application.
