SECTION 150:10-1-9. Informal and formal proceedings

(a) Informal proceedings regarding any part of the industrial park certification process may be held by agreement between the Department's designated agents and any applicant for certification.
(b) Formal proceedings regarding the industrial park certification process shall be in accordance with Rules of Practice of the Department of Commerce, 150:1-11-1 et seq.
