SECTION 150:15-1-5. National standards incorporated by reference

(a)   The national standards for development of the State Plan/Final Statement are hereby incorporated by reference into the rules of this chapter. The standards are described by Congress in 42 U.S.C., 5301 et seq.; and by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development 24 CFR, Part 570, Subpart I, 570.488 et seq.; and in 24 CFR, Part 85, 85.1 et seq. Additionally, standards for administrative requirements for Community Development Block Grants are described in 24 CFR, Part 85, 85.1 et seq. and are hereby incorporated by reference.

(b)   Copies of these federal laws or regulations more fully describing the Community Development Block Grant program may be obtained from the office of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Office of Community Development during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excepting legal holidays.
