SECTION 150:15-3-1. Fund distribution

(a)   The program funds allocated annually to the State will be awarded to units of local government through a request for proposal process that shall include submission of formal project proposals as described in an application guidelines packet developed annually by the Department.
(b)   The application packet is developed in such a manner that it describes the threshold criteria for project selection as set out in the State Plan/Final Statement.
(c)   The State Plan and/or application packets shall be made available to eligible applicants and interested parties on a request basis. Requests for the State Plan and/or application packets should be directed to the Department.
