SECTION 150:15-9-3. Privileges of certification

Certified CDBG Administrators may administer projects on behalf of general-purpose local governments and may receive pay for their services. Each certified CDBG grant administrator will be included on a list maintained by ODOC. Certified status is conferred only on individuals, and not on firms or organizations. The certified head of a firm or organization is responsible for all work conducted under his/her name by employees who are not certified and he/she must sign off on all such work.
