SECTION 150:25-3-3. Denial of application

(a)   Applicants may examine the results of the Department of Commerce's proposal review process only after all applications and proposals have been reviewed and funding determinations have been made by the Department.
(b)   An unsuccessful applicant may request a hearing before the Department.
(c)   Hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of this chapter and the General Rules of Practice and Procedure. (Chapter 1 of this Title) Provided, appellants shall not introduce new documentation that conflicts with the basis on which a funding decision was made.
