SECTION 150:35-5-3. Notification

On or before December of the year Summary File 3 is released, the Department shall provide a list of census tracts designated by the Department as enterprise zones. Such list shall serve as notification of designation as an enterprise zone. This list will be published on the Department's web site and annual tax guide.
