SECTION 150:35-9-2. Priority enterprise zone incentives

- (a) An Enterprise Zone, as defined by 62 O.S. §690.2, is eligible for designation as a Priority Enterprise Zone, as defined by 62 O.S. §690.2, if it is located within a Federal Opportunity Zone.(b) The Department shall use the following criteria for selection of Priority Enterprise Zones:(1) The degree of need;(2) Likelihood of success in attracting new economic growth;(3) Evidence of local commitment; and(4) Any other criteria the Director deems appropriate.(c) The Priority Enterprise Zone status shall stay in effect as long as the Federal Opportunity Zone is in effect.
