SECTION 150:40-1-3. Grant requests

(a)   The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall annually establish the maximum grant request amount, which shall be indicated in the request for proposal.
(b)   Requests for proposal shall be distributed at such times as determined by the Department.
(c)   Notification of availability of funds, solicitations of proposals and deadlines for the receipt of proposals shall be through publication in the Oklahoma Register.
