SECTION 150:55-1-4. Advisory committee

(a) The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall select an Oklahoma Main Street Advisory Committee. The Committee shall include members of the public and private sectors who have experience in municipal revitalization and historic preservation.
(b) The Committee shall review the applications for participation in the Oklahoma Main Street program and shall make recommendations to the Executive Director who shall make the final decisions.
