SECTION 150:65-1-1. Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to implement the provisions of the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Program Act, 68 O.S. Supp. 1993, Section 3601, et seq., which provides appropriate incentives to support the establishment of basic industries in this state.
