SECTION 150:65-11-4. Origination fees

  The Department shall charge an origination fee for each approved 21^st Century Contract. The fee shall be deducted from the first incentive payment payable by the Commission. The fee shall be $2,500 per contract where the 21^st Century Contract Incentive is less than $10,000,000; $5,000 per contract where the 21^st Century Contract Incentive is at least $10,000,000 and no more than $50,000,000; and $7,500 per contract where the 21^st Century Contract Incentive is more than $50,000,000.
