SECTION 150:65-6-1. Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to implement the provisions of the Small Employers Quality Jobs Incentive Act, 68 O.S. Sections 3901 through 3910, which provides appropriate incentives to employers having ninety (90) full-time employees or less who are engaged in basic industries to locate or expand existing businesses within the State of Oklahoma.
