SECTION 150:65-6-3. Applications

Eligible entities may obtain applications for acceptance into the Small Employer Incentives Program from the Director of the Department. Upon completion of all information required by such application, the Director will determine whether an applicant is qualified to receive incentives payments under the Small Employer Incentives Program.
