SECTION 150:75-1-5. Continued certification

Once an incubator is certified, the Department may perform periodic reviews to ensure that the facility maintains compliance according to the rules and regulations contained in this chapter. Failure to maintain compliance may result in revocation of certification after service of notice of revocation and an opportunity to show cause why certification should not be revoked.
