SECTION 150:85-1-3. Scope

(a) During each program year, as administered by the State, financial assistance will be made available to qualified units of local government and Community Action Agencies for purposes of implementing emergency shelter grant project proposals based on locally determined needs.
(b) Eligible applicants are units of local government (incorporated towns, cities and counties) and Community Action Agencies, located in and serving non-formula areas.
