(a) National standards for development of the State Plan are hereby incorporated by reference into these rules. Standards are described in Subtitle B of Title VI of the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1981, as amended.
(b) Copies of applicable federal laws and regulations may be obtained from the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Office of Community Development, during business hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays or authorized office closures.
