SECTION 150:90-1-8. Selection process

(a) For purposes of selection of contractors, the Department will subject all application statements to conform to requirements of the Act, subsequent amendments, and general requirements stated in the State Plan.
(b) Eligible entities shall have on file with the Department an approved and accepted application statement.
