SECTION 152:1-7-3. Rulemaking hearings

(a)   The Executive Director may conduct hearings on proposed rules, amendments to or repeal of rule, and shall conduct such hearings when so directed by the Authority.
(b)   Location of hearings. Unless otherwise specified, and stated in the notice of hearing, all hearings shall be conducted in the offices of the Authority.
(c)   Interested persons. Any person who is interested or affected by a proposed action may appear at the hearing. An appearance may be made individually, or by an attorney.

EDITOR’S NOTE: This emergency action expired before being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action enacting a new Section, the Section is no longer effective. Therefore, on 7-15-03 (after the 7-14-03 expiration of the emergency action), Section 152:1-7-3 was no longer effective, and remained as such until added by permanent action on 8-25-03.
