SECTION 155:30-7-2. Commission action on applications for carbon offset registration

- (a) Approval. Offset information for carbon offsets not verified by the Oklahoma Carbon Program will be published to the Oklahoma carbon offset registry within ninety (90) days after the application for registration and fees are received and approved by the Commission. Applicants shall refer to the online carbon offset registry to determine application status.(b) Denial. Any denial of an application shall be provided to the applicant in writing within ninety (90) days, along with the reasons that the application was denied. A denial shall also advise the applicant of their right of appeal and of the procedures necessary to exercise those appeal rights.(c) Withdrawal. An applicant may withdraw an application at anytime by submitting a written request to the Commission. The application will be automatically withdrawn upon receipt of the request by the Commission. Any fees paid in connection with any application that is later withdrawn under this section shall not be refunded to the applicant.
