SECTION 158:50-13-2. Procedures of the Variance and Appeals Board

- The Administrator shall call a meeting of the Variance and Appeals Board after the Administrator receives proper application for a variance accompanied by the fifty dollar ($50.00) filing fee or receives proper notice of an appeal of the Administrator's interpretation of the standard of installation as described in OAC 158:50-1-4 as applied to a particular installation. Variance and Appeals Board meetings are held at the principal offices of the Construction Industries Board referenced at OAC 158:1-3-1, or at another location named by the Administrator. The Variance and Appeals Board shall comply with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act.
