SECTION 158:50-5-1. License types

Latest version.

(a)   Mechanical licenses shall be issued as journeyman, contractor or inactive contractor.
(b)   Licenses shall be issued for the following categories:
(1)   HVAC limited or unlimited
(2)   Natural Gas Piping
(3)   Process Piping
(4)   Refrigeration
(5)   Sheet Metal
(6)   Ground Source Piping
(7)   Fueled Hearth Product Work
(8)   Limited Residential (journeyman only)
(9)   Limited Residential Installer (journeyman license type)
(10)   Petroleum Refinery Process Piping (journeyman only)
(11)   Medical Gas (journeyman only)
