SECTION 160:30-7-5. Exemption requirements

It shall be the burden of the credit services organization to establish any claimed exemption from or exception to bond requirements under the Act. Any credit services organization which requests and receives an exemption shall notify the Administrator in writing within ten (10) days of any change of circumstance which shall or may affect the ability of the credit service organization to qualify for an exemption or exception. If an exemption is removed, the credit service organization shall not operate until a bond has been received and accepted by the Administrator.
