SECTION 160:55-9-4. License reinstatement

Latest version.

The Administrator may reinstate suspended licenses or issue new licenses to an entity or individual whose license or licenses have been revoked if the Administrator finds that the entity or individual meets the licensing requirements then in effect and if the Administrator finds the circumstances for which the license was suspended or revoked no longer exists.
