SECTION 160:55-9-6. Circumvention prohibited

Whenever a a licensee has an administrative action taken against a license, the Administrator may deny a request to inactivate such license, to sell or transfer the accounts under such license or to take any other action to circumvent or negate the administrative action during the time of the action or during the pendency of the action if on appeal.
