SECTION 165:15-1-4. Application of motor fuel rules

- (a) The rules contained in this Chapter apply to all manufacturers and handlers of motor fuel intended for use in the State of Oklahoma.(b) No person can sell any regulated substance, motor fuel, oxygenate, or blend within the State of Oklahoma that does not meet the tests, specifications, and standards set forth in this Chapter.(c) All motor fuel manufactured in, or imported into, the State of Oklahoma for use or sale must be tested by the manufacturer or importer to ensure its compliance with the rules of this Chapter.(d) The results of these tests, together with any other information required by the Commission, must be maintained by the manufacturer in accordance with usual and customary business practices, and copies must be furnished to the Petroleum Storage Tank Division upon request. These test results, excluding trade secrets and proprietary information, must also be furnished to the jobber or wholesale dealer of the manufacturer upon request.
