SECTION 165:15-11-1. Refinery plant reports

- (a) All refiners and manufacturers who own or operate plants of any kind or description for the manufacture of any motor fuel, or who maintain and operate any other place or device where any motor fuel is manufactured, refined, or mixed and who have not made their existence known must file a report with the Petroleum Storage Tank Division setting forth:(1) The physical location (block, addition, town, or city or quarter section, township, and range).(2) Local post office address of operator.(3) General office address if different from local.(4) Capacity of the plant.(5) Whether in operation or temporarily closed.(6) Types of motor fuels manufactured or produced.(b) Any person who opens a new plant must file a location report within thirty (30) days of the plant opening.
